Senior Banquet Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Sous Chef to join our team.

• This role involves overseeing the preparation, presentation, and service of food at banquets and events, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation are maintained.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, planning menus, controlling costs, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise food production and presentation for all banquet events.
• Control food and labor costs, ensure preparation and presentation standards are maintained.
• Analyze banquet event orders and plan functions with catering staff to meet customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sous chef or in a similar management role.
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
