Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Procurement Business Analyst 3, where your expertise will directly influence our procurement operations. In this role, you will: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential suppliers and oversee procurement terms and pricing. Route purchase requisitions to supplier owners for verification. Approve purchase requisitions, ensuring compliance with all policies and business practices. Enhance the purchase requisition routing process to expedite approvals. Troubleshoot issues related to purchase requisitions and supplier adds. Manage various procurement categories including engineering, manufacturing support, and tooling. Analyze and create supplier spend reports to track expenditures. Lead training sessions for new suppliers, purchase requisition procedures, and process adjustments. What We Seek The ideal candidate will possess: A BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field. The ability to effectively communicate and enforce policies. A professional demeanor when interfacing with suppliers and internal teams. Experience in commodities and electronics hardware procurement (preferred). Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation, and multitasking skills. The ability to perform moderate financial analysis. Familiarity with Oracle iProcurement and E-Business Suite (a plus). Key Responsibilities In this pivotal role, you will: Support procurement of materials, components, and services to ensure optimal quality and value. Act as a liaison among regional subsidiaries, suppliers, and internal teams, including Finance and Legal. Place and expedite daily orders according to Oracle's Global Purchasing and Finance policies. Verify that supplier quotes align with negotiated contract terms. Assist end users with source-to-settle inquiries. Analyze global spending trends, proposing cost-saving opportunities. Initiate process efficiencies and improvements. Help train new buyers and end users. This role requires independence in completing tasks within defined policies and procedures. Your prior experience (two or more years) along with a BS/BA degree or equivalent will be essential for success. Please note that no visa sponsorship is available for this position.
