Work Environment: This role offers a hybrid work model that includes a mix of in-office collaboration, remote work, and on-site customer engagement. Success in this position requires flexibility and a willingness to be present where you can drive the most impact - whether that's working closely with the team at our office, connecting with clients virtually, or meeting partners and customers in person. You must be in the Greater Toronto Area. Role Overview: The Inside Account Manager (IAM) plays a key role in driving growth across Axiom's Canadian business. This role focuses on identifying and nurturing opportunities within reseller and distribution partners, managing smaller and emerging accounts, and supporting field Territory Account Managers (TAMs) on strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Success is measured by pipeline generation, sales execution, and consistent communication with partners and end-users. Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned accounts while uncovering new customer opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Support field sales to drive alignment and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Develop quotes, manage deal registration processes, and follow up to close opportunities efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Deliver consistent outbound activity to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into new business.
- Provide excellent customer experience through timely responses, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and product management to support customer needs.

- Previous sales experience.
- High level customer service and phone skills.
- Self-starter, able to work independently with little supervision.
- Basic computer experience including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
Preferred:
- Two years of industry sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in telemarketing or call center.
Compensation: Salary depending on experience plus commission structure considered after 90 days of employment.
