About
*Essential Duties:*
* Evaluate the patient's condition, develop a treatment plan and help them get better and self-sufficient.
* Instruct the nursing staff and the patient's families on follow-through programs that build on the progress they've made.
* Document patient care under Rehab Care, regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements. Instruct the patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
* Communicate patient progress or problems to the supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
* Competently performs effective treatment techniques.
* Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
* Handle job responsibilities under the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience in a skilled nursing facility or inpatient rehab
* Must have Physical Therapy license valid to practice in Georgia

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour
