Effectively navigate clinical objections with empathy, positioning Anaphylm as a practical solution to real-world challenges.
Access and Pull-Through Excellence
Gain expertise in payer coverage dynamics across national, regional, and local insurance landscapes. Work in tandem with Market Access to overcome prior authorization hurdles and facilitate seamless patient onboarding. Support providers in achieving formulary access and ensure in-office success by equipping them with essential tools and knowledge.
Flawless Execution
Lead impactful customer engagement programs, including lunch-and-learns and speaker events. Maintain meticulous CRM records: capturing detailed notes, payer feedback, sampling activities, and strategic next steps. Ensure adherence to PDMA sampling requirements and compliance with promotional guidelines.
Field Intelligence
Act as a key resource for the organization by relaying customer insights, competitive intelligence, and best practices that drive strategy. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.
Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, specialty, or B2B sales with a proven record of exceeding targets. In-depth knowledge of payer coverage, prior authorization processes, and access navigation. Strong analytical abilities to translate data into actionable strategies for territory growth. Willingness to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time for customer engagements, conferences, and sales meetings. Preferred Experience in launching products in specialty or allergy healthcare markets. Background in specialty pharmacy or hub services. The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 per year, which may vary based on factors such as the location of employment and the candidate's skills and experience.
