Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service . This role is pivotal to ensuring the integrity and performance of our Salesforce environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee QA processes for Salesforce changes including Flows, Apex, validation rules, screen flows, and integrations. Develop and maintain comprehensive regression test plans; facilitate UAT and release validation sessions. Test and validate integrations between Salesforce and external platforms (ERP, email, documents, third-party systems). Ensure data integrity across key areas such as Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Maintenance Plans. Design and deliver engaging end-user training materials for both office and field technicians; create helpful guides and instructional videos. Translate complex release notes into accessible summaries for the user community; monitor adoption and usage metrics. Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, and business stakeholders to outline test scenarios and manage release processes effectively. Key Skills A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly in Field Service. A deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, Flows, Process Builder, Apex, and security protocols. Proven experience in running QA and UAT processes within a Salesforce environment; familiarity with agile methodologies and Jira. Exceptional documentation and communication skills. Bonus: Salesforce Admin certification and experience with test automation. This position is based in Cincinnati, OH.
