Type: 12 Month/Contract
Your role: As IT Finance Project Manager, you will drive complex technical projects within Core Systems’ Finance are that directly support the reliability, scalability and performance. Reporting to the program manager within PMO and peer to engineers, you will be at the front and tail end of project success.
As a Project Manager, you will help manage, implement and ensure successful delivery of Infrastructure projects and will report to the Program Manager, you will help in delivering and executing various Infrastructure initiatives to position IT to deliver exceptional results to our business partners (stores/FSC/Distribution Center/eCommerce).
In addition, you will:
- Lead and execute finance-related projects, focusing on the implementation and optimization of systems such as SAP, Anaplan, and Coupa.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, business stakeholders) to define project scope, develop detailed plans, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Apply agile methodologies to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and drive project success.
- Conduct financial analysis, process improvement, risk management, and maintain clear project documentation.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement through strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and drive continuous improvement across project lifecycles.
- Communicate complex information clearly and manage change effectively during system implementations.
We’re excited about you if you have:
- 3 - 5 years Project Management experience, focusing on technical project delivery and implemetations
- Knowledge of project/demand planning tools with evidence of practical application (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Innotas, Planview, etc.)
- Strong project management, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills and the ability to work with various levels of the organization
- Strong business analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams
- Track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams – business users, project managers, architecture, QA, release, and engineering teams to build and enhance Knowledge Content.
- Metric driven team management using agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
