Beverage Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upscale bar program. This role focuses on developing and implementing beverage programs, leading a high-performing team, and creating an exceptional guest experience.

• Maintain recipe consistency, portioning, and quality standards across all bar stations.
• Ensure proper setup, breakdown, and cleanliness of all bar equipment and areas.
• Manage pacing, guest flow, and coordination with the floor team to deliver seamless service.
• Hire, train, and coach bartenders and barbacks to achieve optimal performance.
• Develop and manage weekly bar staff schedules to meet business needs.

• 2-4 years of experience as a Bar Manager, Head Bartender, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail and spirits fundamentals.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, ordering, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
