Food Service Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Professional to join our team.

• Meet guests and provide exceptional service throughout their visit, creating a welcoming atmosphere that ensures customer satisfaction.
• Take food and beverage orders, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless transactions.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle situations with empathy, and escalate issues to managers when necessary, promoting effective conflict resolution.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, including pastry, bread, kitchen, beverage, and retail offerings, ensuring informed recommendations.
• Prepare drinks, complete opening and closing procedures, and adhere to cleaning checklists, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

This role requires 3-6 months of related restaurant experience, preferably with POS systems. Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred, and cross-training in all areas of the dining room and retail space is beneficial for career growth.
