Key Responsibilities- Lead ordering, inventory management, and prep planning for optimal efficiency
- Forecast production needs and coordinate with cooks to ensure seamless execution
- Direct griddle and fryer stations during service, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation
- Ensure mise en place, setup/breakdown, and execution meet our high standards
- Manage tickets and maintain clear communication across the line while leading expo
- Uphold cleanliness, consistency, and food safety practices
- Partner with Chef de Cuisine on daily operations, delegating tasks effectively and mentoring team members
- Model professionalism and accountability in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Proven track record as both line and prep cook, with consistent execution under pressure
- Skilled in organizing and delegating staff meals for large teams
- Precision in following SOPs, recipes, and instructions
- Advanced communication skills, including clear delegation, ticket management, and digital fluency (Slack, Google tools, kitchen systems)
- Strong leadership mindset, motivating peers, building team culture, and making confident decisions
- Adaptability and willingness to step outside comfort zones for growth and development
- Genuine curiosity and passion for food and flavor, with a drive to innovate and improve
- Weekend availability required, with flexibility for special events and short staffing
