Ci Siamo, a restaurant located at Manhattan West, is part of the Union Square Hospitality Group and headed by James Beard semifinalist Chef Hillary Sterling.

This NYT Top 100 restaurant showcases live-fire cooking with an Italian-infused menu inspired by Chef Sterling's travels. The seasonal ingredients are used to create purposeful preparations that celebrate the beauty of simplicity.

The Restaurant Manager will set standards and practices for the restaurant to ensure a high-performing team. They will work closely with leadership teams to drive service and inspire accountability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing a culture of Enlightened Hospitality that supports business objectives
• Maintaining excellence and cleanliness of the dining room
• Providing support to all service staff and actively participating in the cycle of service
• Ensuring compliance with HR practices and policies, including disciplinary procedures
• Managing payroll and ensuring DOL/Health Department compliance
• Providing feedback and guidance to team members

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of dining room experience in hospitality & fine dining, management experience preferred
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge
• Strong passion for and skill in education
• Excellent verbal & written communication
