About
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our food and beverage department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, from menu planning and execution to inventory management and staff supervision.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute menus that meet the needs and expectations of our members and guests
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Manage food costs and inventory levels to maintain profitability
- Develop and implement recipes and cooking techniques to enhance menu offerings
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional service and support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Culinary Arts or related field and at least 8 years of experience in a similar position
- Exceptional cooking skills and knowledge of menu planning and execution
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and train staff
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
