We seek a seasoned Culinary Operations Manager to drive growth and excellence in our fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Provides outstanding customer service, addressing guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Kitchen Manager or equivalent role.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial management, inventory control, and sales analysis.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for culinary excellence, with a commitment to using only the freshest ingredients and innovative cooking techniques.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
