Culinary Operations Manager

We seek a seasoned Culinary Operations Manager to drive growth and excellence in our fast-paced kitchen environment.

  1. Responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of culinary operations, ensuring seamless integration with front-of-house services.

  8. Provides outstanding customer service, addressing guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  9. Identifies opportunities for process improvements, streamlining workflows and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Kitchen Manager or equivalent role.
  2. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial management, inventory control, and sales analysis.
  5. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  6. A passion for culinary excellence, with a commitment to using only the freshest ingredients and innovative cooking techniques.
  7. Ambassadorial representation of our brand, upholding our values and mission in all interactions.
  8. Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
