- Recruit, train and supervise kitchen staff; foster a positive team environment and achieve exceptional results in quarterly reviews
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene; hold relevant certifications and ensure all kitchen staff have current qualifications
- Ensure consistent quality and portion control, manage inventory and maintain menu item availability
- Collaborate with management to optimize food costs and drive business growth
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in full compliance with health regulations
