The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team as Culinary Director. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing production, prep, special events, purchasing, and receiving.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction through continuous improvement and feedback analysis.
- Prioritize recipe execution, education, food production, plating, training line cooks, and staff development.
- Meet or exceed food costs while reviewing menus and controlling inventory.
The ideal candidate possesses 10 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least five years in senior management roles.
