To succeed in this role, you should have at least 10 years of progressive restaurant experience, including 5 years in senior management.

2. Implement Restaurant Vision: Develop and execute strategies that align with the company's goals.
3. Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth running of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
4. Improve Processes: Continuously assess and improve operational efficiency.
5. Mentor Team Members: Guide and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
