Bakery Operations Manager

Our Bakery Team is looking for a supervisor who can lead and motivate others. As a key team leader, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the bakery department.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of bakery procedures and policies, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. They will be able to effectively delegate tasks to their team members, while also being capable of teaching others positively and constructively.

They must possess excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills. The ability to work with the bakery trainer to build a high-performance team and minimize turnover is crucial. Additionally, they should be proficient in email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.

The successful candidate will have a thorough product knowledge and advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies and procedures. They will also be skilled in decision-making, leadership, prioritization, and delegation.
