Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain visually appealing store layouts and product displays.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders to achieve sales targets, purchasing objectives, and labor efficiency goals.
  • Assist Team Leaders in analyzing sales data, reports, and labor performance.
  • Support Team Leaders in preparing annual sales forecasts, expense projections, and budgets.
  • Assist Team Leaders with ordering and inventory management processes.
  • Work with Team Leaders to resolve team concerns or issues.
  • Serve as a point person and departmental lead in the absence of Team Leaders.
  • Maintain high standards of retail execution excellence.
  • Foster a positive environment that promotes outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
  • Monitor customer flows and needs, directing Team Members as necessary to provide excellent customer service; respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs.
  • Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel Team Members to sustain a high-performing team and minimize turnover.
  • Communicate and enforce Team Member safety and security protocols.
  • Conduct timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations.
Requirements:

  • Thorough product knowledge.

  • Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate.
  • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.

The ability to work in a wet and cold environment. The ability to handle knives and other cutting equipment. The ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
