Executive Chef Opportunity

Pensacola Country Club is a private, member-owned club with a strong culture and supportive leadership team. We are seeking an experienced, innovative Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect our standards of excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence, with a proven track record of financial management, menu development, and team building. A minimum 5-7 years of progressive culinary leadership experience is required, including previous Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in a private club or high-end resort.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing elevated menus, managing food cost and labor, and fostering a positive kitchen culture. They will also participate in member events, tastings, wine dinners, and special culinary promotions, building strong relationships with members and the club's leadership team.

We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including base salary + performance bonus structure, full benefits package, simple IRA with club contribution, paid time off, continuing education and professional development support, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
