Front-of-House Team Member

The role of Service Ambassador combines the responsibilities of a Busser and Food Runner, ensuring seamless service for all guests.

This position supports the service team by delivering food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and assisting with guest requests.

• Promptly deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring accurate presentation and order completeness
• Announce dishes and beverages to guests upon delivery 
• Follow allergy procedures and communicate any special instructions to guests 

Key qualifications include learning table numbers within one week, strong communication skills to support the service team, a positive attitude to handle guest interactions professionally, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching
• Ability to move safely through all areas of the restaurant, including crowded or confined spaces
