This upscale plant-based restaurant seeks a skilled pastry professional to support the culinary team in Brooklyn. Key responsibilities include preparing menu items, maintaining high food quality and efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Prepare menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff
  • Follow instructions from the Culinary Director and Chef de Cuisine to ensure timely service
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and orders
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service

Required Skills:

  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience
