Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality menu items following standardized recipes and production guidelines
• Perform meat preparation, portioning, trimming, and prepping proteins
• Develop and execute large-batch cooking techniques for banquets
• Maintain storage areas in a clean and organized condition
• Ensure food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices are met
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume catering or commercial kitchens
• Proficiency in knife skills, meat fabrication, and classical cooking techniques
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
