A Sushi Cook prepares high-quality sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards. This role involves ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation, handling, slicing, and presenting fish and other ingredients with precision and attention to detail.

• A minimum of two years of experience as a sushi cook or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
• Strong knife skills and precision in handling raw fish and other ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
