The ideal candidate will lead daily service operations, support a dynamic team, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills is required to oversee all FOH operations in a busy rooftop bar environment. The successful candidate will have experience in food and beverage management, coordinating special events, private functions, and seasonal programming.
- Operational Leadership:
- Ensure smooth execution of daily service as well as special events, functions, and programming.
- Team Development & Culture:
- Lead, coach, and mentor FOH team members in a fast-paced setting.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-morale culture that encourages teamwork and empowerment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing P&L statements and sales data to inform decision-making.
- Implementing cost-control measures, including labor, inventory, and waste management.
- Maintaining consistent standards for service, sanitation, safety, and guest engagement.
The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal communication skills, computer literacy, and familiarity with restaurant and event management systems. They will also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
