**Job Description**: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising the production, plating, and presentation of food at all banquet events. Your goal will be to meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a cost-effective and safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of catering and food services. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production, controlling food and labor costs, ensuring preparation, plating, and presentation standards are maintained, and following safety regulations to provide top-quality food.
