About
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, ensuring that all culinary staff maximize efficiency and productivity to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive culinary experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior management. They will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to direct food production and plating from the pass during service, and ensure proper training of all line cooks. Additionally, they will foster an educational environment to develop all culinary staff for future advancement.
