The Sous Chef plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen services, producing high-quality food with precision and speed. This position reports directly to the Executive Chef.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to maintain peak efficiency
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development to cater to diverse tastes
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold our culinary standards
- Maintain inventory control and enforce kitchen safety and sanitation practices
Our ideal candidate will have a degree in culinary arts or equivalent work experience, hold ServSafe certification, and possess at least 5 years of culinary expertise. We prioritize continuous learning and professional growth for all our team members.
