Senior Bar Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-level cocktail programs, including seasonal menus, signature builds, house infusions, and precise recipes.
• Lead bar operations: inventory management, ordering, scheduling, vendor partnerships, and cost controls.
• Train, mentor, and hold the bar team to standards of consistency, efficiency, and polished service.
• Maintain impeccable bar organization, setup/breakdown systems, sanitation, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Partner with leadership to optimize service flow, pairings, and special-event programming.

• 2-4+ years of experience in bar leadership, head bartender, or mixology-driven roles in upscale or high-volume environments.
• Deep craft-cocktail expertise with strong technical skills, including spirit knowledge, balance, methodology, batching, and prep systems.
• Preferred: Level 1 Somm or equivalent wine knowledge to support pairings, by-the-glass selections, and staff education.
• Demonstrated ability to manage bar financial performance: COGS control, shrink/waste reduction, and accurate inventory cycles.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, professionalism, and guest-engagement skills.
• Genuine passion for refined hospitality and building a beverage program with identity and creativity.
