Senior Restaurant Operations Manager

The General Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, encompassing employee management, inventory control, and revenue optimization. This individual is responsible for maintaining high standards of service quality, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving business growth.

This senior-level position reports directly to the ownership group and requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Management: Ensure accurate financial reporting, personnel administration, and compliance with company policies.
• Food Safety and Planning: Implement and enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
