Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee dining room operations, manage staff performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in front-of-house management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily dining room service flow and staff performance
  • Hire, train, and develop front-of-house staff (servers, bussers, hosts)
  • Foster positive relationships with guests and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Manage scheduling, floor plans, and opening/closing procedures

Key Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • 2+ years of front-of-house management experience
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
