Key Kitchen Staff Position

We are seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and executing dishes according to our chefs' direction.

• Responsibilities include arriving on time, dressing appropriately every day, taking full half hour breaks, and properly labeling mise en place with date and item name.
• You must be able to accurately follow and execute recipes, maintain quality control on all products and dishes, and direct cleanliness of kitchen, walk-in, prep areas and common areas.
• Awareness of DOH protocol, fellow cooks' stations, linens, and organization of common areas is essential.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented mentality and perform other duties as assigned.
