Culinary Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and accomplished Culinary Director to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior management, with a proven track record of success in directing high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, including recipe execution, staff training, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. They will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire culinary team, directing production, prep, special events, purchasing, and receiving
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity to achieve total guest satisfaction
  • Oversee recipe execution and education process for all culinary and service staff
  • Direct food production and plating from the pass during service
  • Properly and efficiently train all line cooks

Benefits include:

  • Competitive salary: $85,000 - $120,000/yr. DOE + generous quarterly bonus program
