Lead Pastry Cook Position

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare food according to chef specifications and set up stations for menu preparation.
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff, ensuring timely and high-quality food production.
  • FOLLOW Culinary Director and Chef de Cuisine instructions, maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven proficiency in pastry disciplines and excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Accuracy and speed in executing tasks, with familiarity with industry practice.
  • Culinary school diploma and Food Handler's Safety Certificate required.
