Service Leader Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Leader to support daily operations across our bar, floor, and service areas. This role involves leading and motivating front-of-house teams to maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and opening/closing duties
