Service Leader Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Leader to support daily operations across our bar, floor, and service areas. This role involves leading and motivating front-of-house teams to maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and opening/closing duties
- Handle guest relations with confidence and warmth, ensuring a positive experience for all
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Take on full management responsibilities when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub/restaurant/bar setting
- Natural leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a calm demeanor under pressure
- Able to motivate diverse teams and foster a positive work culture
- Reliable, professional, and eager to grow with the company
