• Develops menus in collaboration with senior culinary staff to ensure diverse offerings across all food outlets and special occasions.
• Directly supervises production and pastry teams, focusing on efficient preparation methods and labor cost management to meet set targets.
• Maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety throughout kitchen areas, adhering strictly to regulatory requirements.
• Establishes robust controls to minimize waste and prevent theft, promoting a culture of responsible resource utilization.
