We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sous Chefs and kitchen staff to drive menu development and execution.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Management and Team Development:

  • Hiring and Training:
  • Select, train, and develop top talent to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to ensure growth and success.

Financial Management:

  • Labor Cost Control:
  • Manage labor costs, ensuring efficient staffing and optimal resource allocation.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform pricing and menu strategy.

Vendor Relationships:

  • Procurement and Quality Assurance:
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to secure best prices and quality products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring seamless delivery and excellent service.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Service Metrics:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for management, highlighting successes and opportunities for growth.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Culinary Degree or Equivalent:
  • 7+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, cost control, and team development.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
