About
We are seeking an experienced culinary leader to oversee our kitchen operations.
- Lead daily food preparation and presentation.
- Supervise a team of cooks and stewards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar position in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant standards. Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
