We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in creating authentic Asian dishes with a modern twist. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals that showcase your expertise in Cantonese cuisine.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for traditional Hong Kong cooking methods and ingredients, as well as a willingness to innovate and experiment with new flavors and techniques.
The successful candidate will work closely with our executive chef to develop menus, train kitchen staff, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
