Senior Kitchen Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary leader to join our team. As a Lead Culinary Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, developing menus, preparing food, and ensuring exceptional cuisine is presented consistently.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, creativity, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes. You will lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, foster a collaborative work environment, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

• Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer expectations
• Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
• Maintain high standards for inventory management, ordering, and food cost controls
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• 5+ years of culinary experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
