• Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures a visually appealing display by maintaining clean and well-stocked shelves and cases, checking codes, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.

• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying seasonal items and managing inventory levels.

• Monitors and prevents spoilage, communicating waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisors.

• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.

• Assists with periodic inventory checks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs promptly and effectively, and models suggestive selling techniques; answers phones and pages courteously.

• Maximizes sales potential through proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.

• Follows and ensures compliance with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.

• Maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; maintains equipment according to WFM cleanliness and safety standards.

• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing.

• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.

• Perform other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
