Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping culinary experiences that not only meet but exceed expectations.

  • Drive the creation of menus inspired by local farm-raised ingredients, leveraging their unique qualities to create memorable dining experiences.
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in high-volume kitchens with a focus on efficiency, quality control, and menu innovation.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior staff, promoting growth and development within the team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the management team to drive strategic decisions and contributing to a positive work environment through active listening and empathy. A valid driver's license is required for occasional travel to supplier meetings or workshops.
