We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at the start of this new chapter. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, lead and mentor floor staff
  • Ensure service is maintained at the highest quality levels
  • Develop risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Represent the General Manager in investigating, answering, and settling grievances in absence of General Manager
  • Maintain all corporate mandates update and track daily reports
  • Analyze staffing requirements, develop iteration plans, and assess opportunities for future growth
  • Assist General Manager with recruitment efforts
  • Coach and train management staff
  • Responsible for Team performance – morale, productivity, fiscal responsibility
  • Monitor activities and expenses
  • Assist in setting and monitoring sales forecasts and profitability reports
  • Keep General Manager informed of sales and key issues
  • Increasing sales through marketing, networking and incentives for staff to raise guest check average.
  • Assists in maintaining budgeted revenues, cost of sales (COS), labor, supplies and operating cash flow (OCF)
  • Reviews monthly profit and loss statements and acts on all variances.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an assistant general manager role
  • Strong influence, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and creative solution generation skills
  • General business acumen
  • Expert knowledge of POS systems (toast)
  • Able to quickly integrate into a team and be recognized as a leader
  • Able to delegate effectively
