Food Service Specialist

This position involves preparing and serving various hot and cold foods, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean working environment.

• Cut, prepare, and serve a variety of hot and cold foods.
• Offer product samples to customers.
• Stock hot and cold cases with prepared foods from the kitchen, walk-in preparation, and refrigerators.
• Verify product dates for freshness and rotate when necessary.
• Bail and consolidate recyclables.
• Assist in organizing volume and seasonal items.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Support periodic inventory checks.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address customer needs, and model suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximize sales potential through proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• FOLLOW established procedures for health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
