Floor Manager – Gjelina LV
Location: The Venetian Resort, Las Vegas
Salary Range: $70,000–$75,000 DOE

Gjelina LV is seeking a passionate and experienced Floor Manager to join our front-of-house leadership team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, and we are seeking a hands-on leader who excels in service, leads by example, and inspires the best in their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Lead floor operations and ensure exceptional guest service

• 
  

  Coach and support FOH team members during service

• 
  

  Conduct pre-shift meetings, communicate 86'd items and specials

• 
  

  Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and service standards

• 
  

  Assist with training, inventory, POS updates, and daily logs

• 
  

  Collaborate with the kitchen team and management on feedback and performance

Qualifications:

• 
  

  5+ years of hospitality experience, including leadership roles

• 
  

  Strong service knowledge, communication, and organizational skills

• 
  

  Comfortable using POS, Google Sheets, and digital tools

• 
  

  Food Handler Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• 
  

  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Physical Requirements:
Able to stand for long periods and lift to 45 lbs.
Stand for long periods of time.
