This leadership position oversees the daily culinary operations of our restaurant. As a seasoned chef, you will drive excellence in food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain high-quality menu offerings
- Oversee kitchen staff and provide coaching to improve performance
- Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure efficient supply chain management
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Minimum 3 years of experience in culinary leadership
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Certification in hospitality or a related field
- Fluency in additional languages
