Lead Culinary Expert

This leadership position oversees the daily culinary operations of our restaurant. As a seasoned chef, you will drive excellence in food preparation, presentation, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality menu offerings
  • Oversee kitchen staff and provide coaching to improve performance
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure efficient supply chain management
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in culinary leadership
  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in hospitality or a related field
