About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated culinary professional to join our team. As a Sushi Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking orders from customers and preparing items that require short preparation
• Serving customers in an efficient and friendly manner, following established steps of service to meet outlined standards
• Using established ticket-collection procedures during service and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing food according to approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by cleaning, sanitizing, and storing food and equipment properly

Requirements:

• A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
