Senior Executive Chef

We are seeking a seasoned culinary professional to lead our kitchen operations, develop staff, and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members.

• Oversee daily kitchen management, manage staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Design menus, control costs, and ensure quality standards.
• Sources products, creates schedules, and conducts performance reviews.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of senior-level kitchen experience, preferably in an executive culinary director role, and a background in upscale dining. Prior leadership experience in fine dining restaurants or country clubs is highly valued.
