Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking highly skilled kitchen professionals to lead our teams.

• Oversee daily food production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency across all items
• Manage the food preparation team, delegating tasks and ensuring timely completion
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in accordance with health and safety standards

In addition to overseeing daily prep production, managing the prep team, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, this role will also involve leading dinner service, supervising line cooks, and maintaining a calm kitchen environment during high-volume service.
