Key Holder Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and team-oriented Support Utility to join our dynamic team in Miami. As a key member of our fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized backwait station, moving with urgency to pre-bus, bus, wipe and reset tables throughout the dining room, running food with accuracy, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean and organized backwait station fully stocked with takeout containers and service items
• Pre-busing, bussing, wiping, and resetting tables throughout the dining room
• Running food with accuracy and placing plates on tables with grace
• Communicating with hosts, managers, and expo constantly
• Providing a friendly and hospitable first impression to all guests
• Able to thoughtfully describe all menu items and be aware of available modifications and possible allergens in each dish
• Respecting everyone in the building and maintaining cleanliness
• Showing up ready to work with clean and wrinkle-free attire
• Respecting the facility and taking initiative to clean up after oneself

Daily responsibilities also include 30-minute cleanings of the bathroom, regular floor sweeping, deep scrubbing of the bar floor, reorganization of dry storage, and coaching and training of new staff.
