Senior Kitchen Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our kitchen team as a Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to order using various cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, and roasting.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak periods.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and have basic math skills.

Essential Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent knife skills and ability to prepare ingredients accurately.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.
